In my own words...

Only truth, only love.
These words said or thought with clear intention become truth, become love.

To speak of truth with the word truth, is a moment of creation. Whereas Ego interrupts creation with argument, judgement and resistance by questioning the creation of the intention, “intention of a consciousness is the motive force. It's the only active ingredient", as stated by Thomas Campbell, author of My Big TOE.

What is between our consciousness and truth? The answer is a veil composed of beliefs. These beliefs come from many places and operate where the consciousness cannot see them without truth, without love.

Beliefs are frequencies of energies that become enmeshed with our minds, our bodies and even our souls. They are often spoken about as being in the subconscious mind “under” the conscious mind and by definition are unseen. Beliefs are neither good nor bad but just are… This is how we can be experiencing pain or trapped emotions and still be perfect. Because at the core of ourselves, without the beliefs, we are one fractal of Source energy. We seek to be at that stillness, that knowing, and this can be experienced beyond the ego by facing beliefs that do not serve.

The Codes are of course the Emotion Code, Body Code and Belief Code statements which in and of themselves are frequencies of energy. They allow a conversation with that fractal of Source using a method of discerning that which makes a person stronger from that which makes them weaker. And since we are all fractals of Source, intention is used to know a connection through the heart.

The Codes themselves give the practitioner a method to communicate with that fractal or Source of the client. They are simply a direction to point toward where the subconscious mind leads. And at the point where a trapped emotion, a physical imbalance or a belief that is not serving is identified, intention is again using as the driving force to clear with gratitude and love.
